Duncan founded Skyports in 2018.
Alex Brown
CEO, Skyports Drone Services
Alex has led Skyports Drone Services since 2018, and is responsible for all aspects of the business. Alex is Accountable Manager for a number of the Skyports Drone Services organisations around the world.
James Wightman
Group CFO
James joined Skyports Drone Services in 2025 and has deep experience in capital structures, including raising equity and debt for new ventures.
Anthea Mendonca
Company Secretary
Anthea is responsible for overseeing all governance matters and ensuring compliance with corporate legislation. She is also leading initiatives to strengthen internal controls, enhance transparency, and support strategic decision-making.
Jef Geudens
Head of Technology
Jef joined Skyports Drone Services in 2018 and is responsible for the selection and management of all technology partners, including drone OEMs. He has deep experience in BVLOS and complex drone operations, and has created the ConOps for several of Skyports' new service launches over the years.
Lewis Dickinson
Head of Flight Operations
Lewis joined Skyports Drone Services in 2022 after serving in the British Army for 14 years, with a focus on drone technology. He is responsible for the in-field execution of Skyports' drone operations globally, and leads up a large team of highly skilled Remote Pilots.
Ricky Bhargava
Head of Safety & Regulatory Compliance
Ricky joined Skyports Drone Services in 2020 and is responsible for all regulatory and safety aspects of our drone operations. As a serving commercial pilot he brings an intimate understanding of aviation, and how uncrewed and crewed aviation intersect.
Liam Day
Head of Projects
Liam joined Skyports Drone Services in 2023 from consultancy Egis, and leads up the Project Management function. He is responsible for making sure Skyports' projects and contracts are executed on-time, on-budget and exceed customer expectations.
Michael Merritt
Head of Commercial
Michael joined Skyports Drone Services in 2021 and leads up Business Development. Working closely with customers, Michael develops customised high-value complex drone solutions to solve their biggest problems, working with our technical teams to deploy the solution.
Josie Nabarro
Head of Commercial Finance
Josie joined Skyports Drone Services in 2025 and brings deep experience working with scale ups. She partners closely with the Leadership Team to embed financial insight into strategic decisions, ensuring long term sustainable business models. She plays a key role in group-level capital planning, supporting Skyports' growth and investment strategy.
